Dishes of the South Tyrolean tradition

The family business offers South Tyrolean specialties made from fresh milk and meat products from their own farm, prepared according to traditional recipes.

The dishes range from typical Italian pasta dishes, to various meat and dumpling dishes. The dishes are freshly prepared every day by the family. The menu offers a selection of various home-made pastries.
